\nCDL is an unofficial organization that should be led by one or more semi-competent individuals (areas of competency is irrelevant).<\/p>\n
\nCDL will consider creating departmental chairs and possibly assign official duties (which are to be followed\/heeded at whim)<\/em>.<\/p>\n
\nGroup decisions may or may not be thought of, decided and followed. Maybe.<\/p>\n
\nAn official CDL meeting should take place at an establishment where alcohol is allowed (and encouraged)<\/em>. These will be hereby be given the title \u201cLLAMA NIGHT\u201d (whether they are held day or night)<\/em>, and all \u201cLlama Nights\u201d will maintain the following procedure where one (or more)<\/em> of the conditions below are met:<\/p>\n
\nB) Review of last meeting with Cocktails
\nC) Follow meeting agenda (during cocktails)
\nD) Break (Random discussion on any topic. Cocktails optional)
\nE) Discuss any new business over Cocktails.
\nF) Closing statements with after-dinner cordials (e.g. brandy, cognacs)<\/em>
\nG) Begin toasting with cocktails
\nThe Toasting shall be to –
\n– \u00a0 \u00a0 1) Brethren of the CDL
\n– \u00a0 \u00a0 2) Alcohol (A decree!)
\n– \u00a0 \u00a0 3) Random name from a phone book (Or whatever.)
\n– \u00a0 \u00a0 4) Another topic (Coffee, Chocolate, etc.)
\n– \u00a0 \u00a0 5) A once a year free trip around the sun!
\n– \u00a0 \u00a0 6) Open floor<\/p>\n
\nAt any time during a LLAMA NIGHT, it is permissible to stop and interrupt any and all procedures upon the discovery and happenstance of a new alcoholic beverage, a firearm, a person of the fairer sex or perhaps anything else that strikes your fancy!\u00a0Please note that this appreciation may be a declaration or by raising their beverage in a silent toast if desired.<\/p>\n
\nIn the event of a great idea, and\/or an actual decision\/voting does takes place during LLAMA NIGHT, someone should document it by posting it in either our pages. \u00a0Either Facebook<\/a> or the\u00a0Forums<\/a> pages.
